Last Friday I had lunch with an amazing old friend and colleague, who strengthened my faith in the potential of setting up a nonprofit for what I’m working on with https://SplendiforousLife.com.

While I knew there was grant money potentially out there from my years serving on the board of Faith Community Nurse Network, I had never written a grant application.

Well, it turns out she is now a rather experienced grant writer…

….and she is in need of a performance improvement plan for her new job helping veterans battle suicide…

Which I am pretty solid at developing.

Another great opportunity to trade skilz.

While I hadn’t planned on doing DMAIC project work…I insanely love it, and I love her. So that people, is what we call a win, win.
