It was my first time telling a deeply personal story in front of so many people last summer.

It was my first time talking on the radio to advertise something.

It was my first podcast.

I am so grateful for TC JewFolk and Minnesota Mammalahs for giving me the opportunity to stand among these passionate and accomplished women. It was an incredibly cathartic experience to say the least.

I still continue to run into people who share how touched they were by my story. I spoke on themes of not belonging, losing my mother, raising my daughter and weaving my past and present together to create and embrace a beautiful Jewish life.
