Vulnerability Ain’t My Thing

I am not a natural extrovert or adventurous per se, and I am definitely not a risk taker.

That said, my daughters are watching this leap I’ve taken with Splendy and there is NO way I’m not putting myself out there, even if I’m rejected.

So, I submitted two very amateur art pieces to Primavera.

I want to thank Brene Brown for her book on Vulnerability, to which I only made it through page 35, as I got the point straight away.

Get out there, take chances, have faith, and roll with it…time to set some examples for my girls.

What’s that saying…? Ah yes, if you don’t land on the moon at least you’ll be among the stars.

Well, at this point in my life experience (stop wondering my age!) I don’t need moons or stars or…much of anything. I’m content already.

Wish me luck (& moons and stars and whatever – lol!),

Janessa
